Historic house restored in its traditional style

It is a large house located in the center of a small village 5 km from Seville center. The house is restored preserving all the charm of a farmhouse several centuries old; wooden ceilings, old bricks, paintings on the walls and wooden windows mark the character of this cozy house. It has a large patio with lemon, plants, garden area and a pool of 12x3m. It has a living room, kitchen, dining room and two rooms with their own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with gas and is equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, water heater, electric coffee maker, electric toaster, etc. At Easter a procession passes in front of the house. At Christmas the wise men pass and in May the pilgrimage of the dew leaves from the square next to it. The street is pedestrian and very quiet. It is located next to the Town Hall Square in the historic center of the town of Gines. Nearby are small and large supermarkets, pharmacy, all kinds of shops, bakeries, bakeries and bars or restaurants. Gines has public transport to Seville every 15 minutes from Monday to Friday, every 20 minutes on Saturdays and every half hour on Sundays. It is a magnificent opportunity to enjoy a very quiet environment with a taste of town and only 10 minutes from the center of Seville. We do not accept rentals for parties or celebrations, the house is in a very quiet area and these always cause material damage. In contrast, we accept pets. We will give you and show you the clean house, with the beds prepared and the basic materials (towels, paper, hand soap ...).
