The space The main house features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread across three floors. The master suite on the third level includes a king bed, ensuite with soaking tub and double sinks, plus walk-in closet. Two additional king bedrooms and a bunk room with two full beds round out the third floor. Queen bedrooms on the second and fourth levels provide flexible sleeping for your crew. The separate first-floor apartment adds 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with its own entrance — perfect for multi-family getaways. Each bedroom features premium memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, Roku TVs, and sound machines with USB connectors. Both full kitchens come stocked with Keurig coffee makers, K-cups, and cooking essentials. The second-floor patio with grill and seating lets you barbecue while enjoying Florida weather, while the fourth-floor game room keeps everyone entertained after beach days. You're a 3-minute walk to Salt Life Food Shack for surf culture seafood and a 5-minute walk to Mellow Mushroom's craft beer and pizza. The famous Jacksonville Beach Pier is just a 12-minute stroll for fishing and sunset views. Beaches Town Center with North Beach Fish Camp and TacoLu's legendary fish tacos is a quick 4-minute drive. Beach towels, laundry detergent, and all linens provided. Please note: this is a 4-level home requiring stairs, and construction work happens weekdays 8am-5pm January through September. Some tub jets and the ice maker are not operational, and the 4th-floor bathroom has tub only. Guests use bunk beds at their own risk per insurance requirements. A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required.
