The neighborhood is very walkable and dog friendly, everyone has one :) While the neighborhood is walkable, you would likely need a car to get to downtown Dunedin, Honeymoon Island and other local attractions. No Car, no problem as Ubers and Lyft are plentiful making it easy to explore Dunedin and nearby attractions. Publix is also less than a mile away for convenient grocery shopping. You are a 15-minute drive to world famous Clearwater Beach which has one of the best beaches in the country as well as shopping and nightlife.
