This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21, and no pets are allowed without permission in advance and applicable fees. Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20 lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. The fees help cover our costs for steam cleaning between stays. We do our best to remove allergens for future guests. Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals that provide a service to their owners, for example seeing-eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies. Security: Please note, that there is a camera out front pointed toward the front yard and one in the back yard pointed toward the pool for liability purposes. Pool Heating Details - Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate of $100 per night. - To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily. POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool, as it will damage the equipment. Doing so will result in a $1500 fine for damages No lifeguards will be on duty. Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property. Thank you for your understanding. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 8 people are allowed in the house. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. There is no garage parking available. (FYI) There are about 8 parking spaces out front of the home if needed. Just be mindful of neighbors. Upon arrival we will provide you with the door code so you can self check-in. Other things to note Your personal concierge will reach out to you before your arrival. Other things to note You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $5,000 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and Enjoy Stay: It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Waivo! The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection. If you want the pool to be heated to 84 degrees, it will be an extra $100 per night booked. Setting the temp above 90 degrees will damage the pool equipment, changing the temp manually during your stay will result in a $500 fine. This will need to be requested at least 48 hours advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it. No lifeguards will be on duty.
