The space *The spectacular 'sunken' built-in al fresco lounge and stunning pool area are designed for maximum holiday relaxation & entertaining. Incredibly private fenced property *Multiple zones plus an additional "pool house" it’s a holiday paradise. *Immaculately presented the house is set in a quiet, private location. It is the perfect on-trend designer abode for style-conscious travellers. * Open-plan kitchen/dining and split-level lounge areas are filled with light and fitted out with distinctive designer furniture. *Patio courtyard frames the main house, enjoy an outdoor dining space, new spa you can watch the main TV from, and enjoy a coffee or cocktail at the breakfast bar which opens onto the kitchen * Fireplace - if you wish to enjoy the fire - wood you will need to be purchased from the local service station. Fireplace is in the main loungeroom * The master bedroom is quietly positioned at the front of the home with an en suite, while two other bedrooms share the main bathroom at the rear. Bifold doors open from the master and the second to respective courtyards * Spend lazy afternoons soaking up the sun on the deck, ease into a gourmet lunch on the BBQ in the outdoor kitchen area by the new pool, before relaxing in the many areas - each very comfortably styled. * Choose between a lazy morning walk along the back beach, a late lunch in Sorrento at the new Continental Hotel or a swim in the Bay. *The heated outdoor shower is a great way to wash off the sand and salt before entering the home after a day at the beach. This is to the left of the pool house * The "Pool House" has a separate bedroom at the back which is a King Size bed - utilise this space for a kid's area to enjoy the PlayStation 5 which has a huge folder of games to impress the gamer travelling with you. This area has an oversized bathroom with a toilet and basin. Plus the fooz table for more games * All bed linen, towels & pool towels are provided, beds are made up with a doona and fitted sheet only. If you like a top sheet we ask you to bring your own. “Leif” brand products are offered to be used during the stay. There are plenty of spaces to enjoy and make the most out of the property with your family or group of friends. Other things to note Welcome to our home The Deck on Donalda named after the sprawling outdoor deck. The house has been designed with entertaining and relaxing in mind - recently renovated to add stunning front courtyard plus the pool and beautiful pool house. We have a fully equipped kitchen for cooking; enjoy using SMEG Microwave, SMEG Dishwasher, Kitchenaid coffee maker with pods provided, Liebherr fridge w/ water jug to refill as you go for cool water throughout your stay, champagne bucket & ILVE Oven with gas cooktop. Outside there is a premium BBQ – grill and warming rack plus a convenient outdoor fridge - 8 seater table, reclining sun chairs & the complete outdoor cushioned sunken deck seating. Please note the pool is not covered with shade only provided with an umbrella no trees cast shade at all. The pool can be heated UPON REQUEST. The effectiveness is based on outside atmospheric temperature (above 11 degrees) - this takes up to 2 days, and is at an extra $200 charge to the stay - it is an electric heater, not solar. It is ineffective during colder months, April - September. Netflix is available on Smart TVs There are no working speakers outside. Please bring your portable speaker if you wish to enjoy music outside before 11 pm We have supplied premium body/hand wash and quality towels/bathmats/pool towels/hand towels plus a hairdryer & ironing board if you are stepping out and need to get ready! There is a high chair to make it easy to feed the little ones, and a porta-cot No pets allowed - please ensure arrangements are made for their care. We cannot accommodate any pets.
