Guest access Your reservation at the Far Tortuga Couple’s Suite grants you exclusive access to the residence. From the moment you arrive until your departure, the amenities at this seaside retreat are yours to enjoy. Just steps away down the path lies the shared community dock, where you’ll have access to some of the best snorkeling on the island. Be sure to pack your snorkel gear, as crystal-clear waters, tropical marine life, and vibrant coral reefs await your exploration. Exclusions: Please note that the villa has two additional bedrooms which are not included with this listing and will be locked off (see our Far Tortuga @ First Bight listing to reserve all three bedrooms). Additionally, access to the parking garage and the home's utility areas (including pool supply shed) is restricted. These areas are designated for private use and are not included in the guest-accessible spaces. A hall closet within the home is also locked off for the owners’ private storage. Privacy and Exclusivity: While you may see our pool keeper, groundskeeper, and other staff on the premises, we believe in providing you with the utmost privacy and exclusivity during your stay. Other things to note Electricity & Water Conservation Electricity on the island is private, which results in higher costs. Additionally, water is a valuable commodity. We kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving these resources during your stay. Remember to turn off the air conditioning when you leave the bedroom, or if you have doors or windows open, to ensure efficient usage. Please note that if the air conditioning remains continuously on during your stay, there may be additional charges applied. Power Outages Due to the island's infrastructure, power outages may occur unexpectedly, and our villa does not have a generator. Housekeeping Service The one-time cleaning fee which applies to your prepaid reservation total covers having our housekeepers thoroughly clean and prepare the villa prior to your check-in, as well as after your checkout. If you’d like additional cleaning or towel / linen service during your stay, please don't hesitate to ask the One Stop Roatan team about the price for these services. Pets First Bight is a pet-friendly neighborhood, and your pet is more than welcome to join you during your stay at our property (only small breeds allowed). A non-refundable fee of $150 is applied, and we kindly ask that you read and agree to the One Stop Roatan Pet Policy. Please ask us for more details regarding our pet policy. Reservations for 3-7 Guests The Couple Suite @ Far Tortuga (this listing) is designed for couples seeking an intimate getaway and includes one of the villa’s three bedrooms (the two additional bedrooms will be locked off).
