Wake up to the birdsong! The space We are located 700 meters from Avenida Pequeno Príncipe, 1 km from HiperBom Supermarkets and 2.5 km from Campeche Beach! The space is a beautiful studio for the private use of guests, with: - Wifi internet; - 1 double bed; - Air conditioning; - 1 double sofa bed; - Private barbecue; - Dining counter that can also be used as a work surface. In addition, the kitchen is well equipped for preparing quick meals with a coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, cutlery, dishes and other utensils. The condominium offers a washing machine for collective use (you must schedule the use of the machine with our host during your stay). We offer professionally sanitized bed and bath linens. ATTENTION: this apartment does NOT offer a parking space, do not insist. Please pay attention to this information as we have 10 units on site and only 8 parking spaces. If you need a parking space, check with the host for other available studios. Note: The building is undergoing construction, causing noise. Construction extends until January 2026. Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after the reservation is closed; (2) parties and social events (mainly nighttime) are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs inside and outside the accommodations is prohibited; (5) we do not accept pets. Failure to follow the house rules are reasons to end your stay immediately and/or charge for any damages, extra cleaning and fines caused by breaking these rules.
