The Air BNB rental space consist of the first floor unit, with front-private keyless main entrance. The unit includes a large living room, large dining room, dressing hall, bath and large bedroom which includes a Sleep Number Bed. Excellent bed choice with dual setting controls for personal preference. The 2nd upstairs unit is occupied by the owners and their two, 5 lb pups, Carlos & Rosa. Since your space is private with keyless entry, no interaction is required. Owners can be available if contacted. Street parking is always available in front of the house. Please do not park in the driveway (reserved for 2nd unit). Park on the street and proceed to the front of the house. The keyless entry code will be sent to you prior to check-in time. There are plenty of city attractions within walking distance such as restaurants, shopping, hair salon, city park, river walk and more directly from the rental space. Although we are in a residential area, the city Main St is only 1/2 block from the home. We live upstairs and are available if u need us. In the heart and center of the City of Waynesboro. Residential, yet 1/2 block from the city's Main St. Walking distance to the beautiful Waynesboro City Park that runs along the river. Great for a morning walk. Also, McDonald's & Burger King are only 1/2 block from the rental space. You will always have parking in front of the house. Plenty of walking distance options for food, city park & river walk, grocery and shopping. No smoking of any kind and no pets. Please do not bring cooking griddles, grills, crock pots or hot plates, as these items are not permitted onsite. Driving distance, there are many day trip options to explore in historical VA such as Natural Bridge, Afton Tunnel, Safari Drive Thru Animal Park, Sherando Lake, multiple Caverns, Waltons Mountain Museum and so much more.
