This charming villa, set in two acres of private gardens on the Bluff House Estate in the heart of English Harbour, offers complete privacy and self-contained accommodation for up to four guests. The secluded pool boasts stunning views over Pigeon Beach (just 5 minutes walk) and Montserrat beyond. You will find two large air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. The wrap-around terrace offers both dining and relaxed seating areas with comfortable Neptune sofas. The space The Garden House offers secluded self-contained accommodation for two to four guests - perfect for a couple’s retreat, family get-away or honeymoon. You will love The Garden House’s amazing views over Pigeon Beach (just 5 minutes walk) and its’ traditional feel….there’s a wonderful wrap-around covered terrace offering a really comfortable seating area, gas bbq, dining table and four poster lounger…..all benefiting from cooling trade winds and spectacular views. Inside the sitting room offers two sofas, smart tv, books, games and plenty of local art on the walls. The Master Bedroom has a large, comfortable four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. You will find plenty of storage space (there's a walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers). The Twin Bedroom (beds can be made up as a super-king on request) also has its' own en-suite bathroom with shower and plenty of storage space too, with its' own walk-in wardrobe and dressing table. All linens and towels are provided - including beach and pool towels. Our sheets and pillow cases are all pure 100% cotton. There's a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and everything that you need to prepare a delicious meal, plus Nespresso and filter coffee machines. There is also a gas barbeque on the terrace. It's a short walk down to Pigeon Beach which hosts famous Catherine's Cafe and locally run Bumpkins too (for great sunset Pina Coladas). Everything really is on your doorstep in English Harbour - there are so many amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance of The Garden House; French-Creole Colibri, set in an amazing garden, Indian Summer (you can get take-aways here too), Admiral's Inn, South Point, Loose Cannon on Galleon Beach....too many to mention here but once booked you will see them all and many more on our website. Our brilliant on-island House Managers can arrange airport transfers and liaise with the driver to meet you at The Garden House on arrival to show you around - they can also provision the house for your arrival - always good to arrive to a full fridge! You don't need a car here but if you wish you can always hire one on a day-by-day basis in English Harbour. Please note that for Peak and High Seasons we do get booked at least 12 to 24 months in advance for all properties. Guest access There's no need to hire a car as you are within easy reach of all the bars and restaurants of English and Falmouth Harbours and Nelson's Dockyard. Should you wish to explore the island it is very easy to hire a car on a day-by-day basis in English Harbour and taxis are plentiful. Other things to note DESCRIPTION The Garden House is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom villa with 2 en suite bathrooms and private pool. The main living room flows naturally onto the covered balcony through two large screened patio doorways. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals. The bedrooms are air conditioned and are configured as a king in the master and the second bedroom can be either twins or a king. The covered balcony stretches around 2 sides of the villa, both of which have great sea views. The pool deck is built out to allow full enjoyment of the trade winds and the view down along nearby Pigeon Beach. Within the 2 acres of gardens there is also Bluff House (sleeps 12) and The Pink House (sleeps 5) - both are entirely self-contained and available to rent individually or as a whole - perfect for family get-togethers. There is an additional US$5 per person per night local accommodation tax (aged 5 and under exempt) payable on island.
