Cheerful Cottage With Jacuzzi On The Beach

The small villa lies on the beach in Calodyne, the north of the Island, 75 minutes from the airport, ON THE BEACH , with private Jacuzzi (no pool) and free wifi and parking. Meerana is a 2 bedroom cottage for 1-4 guests . The space Details:  2 bedrooms King size bed, linen, air conditioning, wifi,  TV canal sat, safety deposit box, security door.  2 Bathroom en suite: shower, toilet, washbasin, towels  1 fully equipped kitchen: Gas cooker plates, sink, microwave/grill oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, kitchenware,  dishwasher (no detergent)  2 fridges  Veranda/living /dining room jacuzzi  Garden (1200m2), fenced garden directly on the beach, garden picnic table, loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecue  Direct access to the beach  Cleaning service is included in the rent (1 hour service daily, excluding Sundays and Public holidays)  Washing machine at your disposal (no detergent).  Bedsheets, towels, Beachtowels are provided for free and changed on a regular basis  Water fountain of 18 L (first bottle is offered)  Goodies and first meal are offered for a min stay of 5 nights  Store for bicycles and more 1 bedroom for 2 people, the other bedroom stays closed. For 2 people and the use of 2 bedrooms the reservation must be made for 3 p. Guest access Visitors are not permitted. garden, jacuzzi are private and only yours. • Sleeping arrangement: The Entire Villa is Yours! Garden, jacuzzi are private. Our base price includes up to 2 guests and the use of 1 bedroom. Additional rooms are opened based on the number of guests: • 1–2 guests: 1 bedroom included • 2–2 guests: 2 bedrooms provided 🔑 Need extra rooms with fewer people? • If 2 guests want 2 rooms, the price for 3 guests applies. This way, you only pay for the space you use — while still enjoying full privacy of the villa! Other things to note -Please note: Kayaks are not included by default and may be made available at the owner's discretion, depending on factors such as weather conditions and the user's age. If you would like to use the kayaks, please ask Odile directly. Important: There are no life jackets provided, and children are not allowed to use the kayaks unless accompanied by an adult. -Jacuzzi heated by the Sun only. -no visitors permitted, the property is private and only to the guests use. -Tourist Tax Starting October 1st, 2025, a government tourist tax of €3 per person as from 12 years , per night will be collected in cash upon arrival. Please have the amount ready to simplify check-in.
