Guest access Parking is free AS LONG AS you identify yourself at the front desk as a house guest and pick up the ID badge. Without the ID badge, cars are subject to a fine. Other things to note - Keys can be delivered during business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside these hours, arrangements must be made for the delivery of the keys. -Always inform the correct number of people who will be staying in the house. Our value varies according to the number of people who will be staying in the house. We have a daily rate that varies according to the number of people and the time of year. There is a fine of R$ 400.00 per day of travel, for each person who stays in the house above the agreed upon, if you do not notify the landlord. -You must bring toiletries, including bedding, bed linen, pillows and blankets. Due to the Covid protocol, we no longer provide these items. -Children up to two years old stay free. -Street parking is FREE, BUT you need to get the badge from the concierge after identification. -Small animals that are not puppies are allowed. We ask that you notify us if you are bringing pets. -We kindly ask that on the last day of your trip, you leave the house minimally organized. Dishes in the sink, garbage in the bathroom, furniture in the place where they were delivered. Our cleaning fee is for hiring 1 employee only. If it is very messy and requires more employees to clean it, a FINE of R$ 250.00 will be added, corresponding to the amount of each additional employee needed to clean the house.
