The upper level features 2 bedrooms with double-size beds, a well-equipped fitness room, and a solarium. A lovely private garden with mango trees and sugar canes to delight. Tucked in the garden is a BBQ picnic area with a sink and a large table. There is also a bocce ball court, plenty of space for outside dining, sunbathing and lots of space for the kids to have fun which makes life outside a delight. Access to only 5 bedrooms. The community of Mont Vernon III is gated and very quiet. Located less than 5 minutes from the Hope Estate town, where you can find shopping stores, Super U supermarket, restaurants, and more. Ideally situated between Grand Grand, popular for its Caribbean food Lolo's, fine-dining restaurants, and its ooh so chill bars. And Orient Bay, also known as the Sant Tropez of the Caribbean, Mont Vernon is the perfect location to spend a great vacation on St Martin.
