Guest access Guests have full access to the private 2 bedroom Cottage Apt., including a large backyard. Note - there is a separate one bedroom unit above with its own entrance, another stand alone Carriage House/building -w/2 beds/2 bath and a large 5 bed/4 bath house on the same property. The deck is private to this unit but the yard is shared with the 1 bed upper unit. Other things to note Primary guest must be 25 years or older, will be required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D. We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, receptions, brunches, etc, . Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $250.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
