Upon entering, you are welcomed by a comfortable living room with a pull out sofa, smart TV and Alexa smart speakers throughout. The kitchen is small but fully functional with all the necessary appliances including a water cooler and Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea options for anyone's liking. Enjoy dining or playing board games in the screened in dining room. The bathroom boasts old world charm with a traditional cast iron clawfoot tub. As you ascend the spiral staircase, you enter the romantic master suite that features a memory foam queen-sized bed and a variety of decorative light fixtures to help set the mood. The adorable half-bathroom allows for convenient access for the 2nd floor. Step out onto the deck where you are embraced by the spectacular views of Lake Travis, Starnes Island and the VIP Marina. Make sure that you spend a moment to enjoy the magnificent Texas sunset while on the deck. The wide staircase from the upper deck takes you down to the private courtyard that showcases beautiful artificial turf grass that stays wonderfully green all year long. Other things to note Potential for noise - This cabin is located just a few steps away from Volente Beach Water Park and the VIP Marina. Because of this and the proximity to the road, there is a potential for noise. LAKE WATER PLUMBED - Lake water pump with multi-level purification is plumbed for the cabin. This is okay for washing and bathing. Filtered water cooler is provided for drinking and cooking. SEPTIC SYSTEM - Only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Everything else goes into the wastebasket.
