Our spacious chalet is perfectly located within the desirable area of San Moritz just 2 blocks from Lake Gregory and charming downtown Crestline. The space Location, Location, Location! You will arrive at one of the original Crestline chalets located in the historical San Moritz area, across from Lake Gregory. This three story level entry chalet sits at the top of the road nestled among the beautiful pines. We offer off road parking, three furnished patios for outdoor entertaining, and 1800 square feet of spacious indoor living. Entering the main floor you will find a large open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling surrounded by stunning picture windows. This floor features the living room, wood burning fireplace, dining table for eight, spacious bathroom, large fully stocked kitchen with kitchen island for more seating and the walk in pantry. Down stairs you will find two large beautifully decorated private bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and electric fireplace. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed. The laundry room is also on this floor. Upstairs is a spacious loft with gorgeous views. In this space you will find a full size bed with an additional full size trundle, a sitting area, and plenty of games and toys for the younger travelers. Important note: This is an open space and is not safe for unsupervised toddlers. There is a gate to close off the loft when necessary. The Chalet offers quality amenities to meet all your needs including central air and heat. Guest access We do not offer a lake view, however, you will be less than a 5 minute walk to beautiful Lake Gregory with fishing, boat rentals, kayaking, walking trails and dog parks year round. Summer season offers a swimming beach with snack bar, water slides and water playground, family events and live music. We are just two blocks from Goodwin's Market, Rim Bowling, quaint shops, restaurants, fast-food and small town night life . We are also just 20 miles from Snow Mountain ski resort that also offers snow tubing and snow play when Crestline doesn't have snow. And don't miss the beautiful hike to Heart Rock just a a 5-minute drive down the road. If you're into parasailing, we also have an awesome club here in Crestline that can fulfill that adrenaline rush. Park 3 cars in our driveway. Enjoy easy keyless entry.
