You will also find four beautifully decorated private bedrooms, with sleeping for ten: King bedroom, Queen bedroom, two twin beds room, two bunk beds room. The kitchen and dining room are stocked and ready, featuring new high quality appliances, ideal for family meal preparation. As well, the oversized laundry room features a brand new upright washer and dryer set. This home features two separate floors complete with its own two bedrooms, bathroom, family room and outdoor patio, making it ideal for large and multiple families. The Lake House is also ready for those few extra warm summer days with two wall-mounted air conditioners on the upstairs level. One in the living room and one in the king bedroom. We also have ceiling fans in each room, and a whole house fan. Guest access We do not offer a lake view, however, you will be less than a 5 minute walk to beautiful Lake Gregory with fishing, boat rentals, walking trails and dog parks year round. Summer season offers a swimming beach with snack bar, water slides and water playground, kayaking, family events and live music. We are just two blocks from Goodwins Grocery Store , Rim Bowling, quaint shops, restaurants, fast-food and small town night life . We are also just 20 miles from Snow Mountain ski resort that also offers snow tubing and snow play when Crestline doesn't have snow. And don't miss the beautiful hike to Heart Rock just a a 5-minute drive down the road. If you're into parasailing, we also have an awesome club here in Crestline that can fulfill that adrenaline rush. Park two cars under protected cover with an additonal vehicle off street.
