Beautiful 2 bedroom unit located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Close to all public transport, Tram stop 2 minute walk. Take a leisurely 300m stroll to Surfers Paradise beach as well as dining, shopping and other activities for all age’s within short walking distance. The space eleven@paradise is located in a private residential building with recently renovated communal areas for you to enjoy. You are invited to utilise the guest facilities including Pool, Spa and BBQ area. eleven@paradise provides everything you need to make a memorable and care free time away with a well equipped kitchen supplying just the right products to get you started, coles is also conveniently located only 300m down the road. Featuring two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed with TV (DVD player only), while bedroom two has a comfortable double size bed with an outlook down towards Surfers Paradise beach, Porta cot and high chair provided in the unit for the little ones too! We conveniently supply shampoo, conditioner and body soap for your use if you wish with bath towels, beach towels, linen for the beds even a picnic blanket all provided. eleven@paradise is equipped with laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer for your convenience with washing powder provided. In the main living area, a split system air con and smart TV is available with Wi-Fi accessible throughout the unit. Guest access There is a secure underground car park for 1 car per stay. The car park has a 1.9m clearance, alternatively you may wish to park your car/s right next door at Cypress Avenue Carpark for just $5 per day. Please note - There is 15 stairs you must walk up from the ground level to eleven@paradise Other things to note eleven@paradise is located in a private residential complex, while we want you to enjoy your time we also ask that you respect those around you and adhere to no loud and disruptive noises between 10:00pm - 7:00am in and around the property. It is important to ensure yourself and any guest staying at the property doesn’t unreasonably disrupt the properties of those around you during these time periods. There are 15 stairs from the car park/entry to eleven@paradise. Please note that basic amenities have been supplied to you complimentary as apart of your stay to get you started, however may not last the duration of your stay.
