At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and a half-mile of white-sand shoreline, the Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon will be the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more. A Resort pool, beaches, nightly rentals, and homes surrounding the lagoon offer a lifestyle of relaxation and recreation. Come visit the amazing Desert Color community today! This property is dog-friendly and with an additional dog fee for each reservation. If you are bringing a dog it is required to include accompanying dogs in the occupancy at booking. 2 dog maximum.  Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm. Additionally, while staying in this property as our Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Sand Hollow Golf, and more! There is a boat, RV, or trailer parking on the Northeast side of the community. You can also utilize the large parking lot in front of The Shores Resort. We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
