ACCOMMODATION Bluff House comfortably sleeps 12-14 guests across six spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms and featuring airconditioning, ceiling fans, and crisp, white cotton linens. Master Suite - super-king sleigh bed, large bathroom with bath and shower, and direct terrace access. An adjoining twin room (convertible to Super-King) forms part of the suite (but is entirely independent). Harbour View Bedroom - Elegant four poster bed, en-suite shower, walk-in wardrobe, and terrace access. Pool View Bedroom - Flexible twin/super-king arrangement plus an additional single bed, en-suite shower, and private terrace seating. Studio Apartment (Lower floor) - Self-contained with super-king bed, sofa-bed, kitchenette, en-suite shower, and private outdoor seating. Lower Bedroom - Twin beds (convertible to super-king), with en-suite shower, ideal for teenagers or crew. The villa's layout, with four ground-floor bedrooms on one level, makes it particularly suitable for multi-generational groups. LIVING & DINING The villa offers expansive living areas designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The airy entrance hall leads to a comfortable sitting room with Smart TV, books and games, and an indoor dining space. Three dining areas provide flexibility for every occasion: A vast covered terrace with seating for up to 20 guests. A poolside pavillion with dining for 12 and a mahogany topped bar - perfect for al-fresco lunches or sunset gatherings. An indoor dining table seating 10 for more intimate meals. The fully equipped kitchen reflects the villa's history as the former American Embassy, featuring dual ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers and a De 'Longhi coffee machine. ESTATE OPTIONS For larger groups, Bluff House can be rented alongside its neighbouring properties, THE GARDEN HOUSE (sleeps 4) and THE PINK HOUSE (sleeps 5) - expanding capacity to 23 guests. Guest access Guests renting Bluff House are able to access all rooms within Bluff House and the gardens. If you plan on staying around the harbour, you won't need to hire a car - everything is within walking distance - but you can easily hire a car in English Harbour on a day-by-day basis if you would like to explore the island and all its' wonderful beaches. Other things to note As we are based in the UK an on-island House Manager will personally welcome you on arrival, assist with check-in, and is available throughout your stay. They can also arrange airport transfers (advised) and additional services as required. All twin bedrooms can be configured as super-king beds on request. Please advise at the time of booking. Housekeeping is included; if you would like daily service or a mid-stay clean, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please note: as with many villas in the Caribbean, there are some unfenced low walls with drops in the gardens and around terraces. We kindly ask guests to familiarise themselves with these upon arrival, particularly if travelling with children.
