Welcome to Floriana, a quintessential single level 1960’s Anglesea coastal home, cosy, inviting character filled and relaxed, set on a large corner block of 1020 sqm lovingly restored and meticulously maintained. She is ready to enjoy all summer long and to create some incredible memories for you and those you love. The space The living, dining and kitchen areas are open plan and provide a free flowing connection to the north facing undercover entertainment deck via a sliding door, bathed in natural light and a perfect place to enjoy that morning coffee or BBQ after a long day at the beach. Evening drinks and conversation are guaranteed under the soft glow of our fairy lights lounging around the outside dining table. The kitchen is well appointed, functional and inviting with plenty of bench and storage space and provides a great vista of the backyard and entertainment deck. Guest access As the house is on a corner site it’s a simple drive into the double carport, unload the beach gear and straight into the built-in outside shower to wash down, hang your wetsuits under the carport to dry and relax, unloading is a breeze and walking to the backdoor is completely undercover for those wet and wild coastal days. Other things to note The rear yard is enormous and secure for your pets and kids, large well established trees to climb, a large grassed area to enjoy summer days, if you leave the gates open watch our local kangaroos graze happily in our backyard. We welcome your 4 legged family but we ask that they stay off furniture and beds, be well behaved and not disturb our neighbours and local wildlife, and of course we ask that you pick up their mess.
