Beautiful pond view, comfortable and spacious ( 1st floor ). Let this be your gateway for family and friends vacation in the Grand Strand. *3 bedrooms 2 baths. *Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minutes from the beach and all main attractions. * Fully stocked kitchen with all basics, sleeps 8. The space *Comfortable and specious condo, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. * 1 king bed, 2 queen beds , 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room. *kitchen fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included). * washer/dryer in the condo. * Free WiFi and cable TV available. *Pets are not allowed. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only. *Linens for each bed are provided. Guest access *The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying. *Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband) *No mailbox for this location. *Washer and dryer available in the unit. *Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
