The Clydesdale - Spacious 4 bedroom Home

A home and away from home to bring the whole family, or two families to share some great memories in this spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. We cater for couples or families of all sizes with a good size BBQ entertainment area. Please note the property has a separate section leased (6B), which includes the garage and fenced areas behind the garage, which is completely separate to the house - more information regarding this in property description under guest access. The space We have 2 queen rooms, one with en-suite, and an additional 2 x queen rooms both with single bunk bed above. We can shut 2 of the bedrooms off to cater for smaller groups - please contact us for this option. There is a lovely outdoor area with outdoor seating along with a BBQ for outdoor entertaining. We have a fully equipped kitchen with condiments, tea/coffee etc. All linen and toweling is supplied for your stay along with a port-a-cot and high chair, so you really need to bring nothing! You also have the benefit of a long large drive so plenty of room for off street parking even for your boat. Guest access Please note the property has a separate section leased (6B), which includes the garage and fenced areas behind the garage, which is completely separate to the house. We ask you do not enter these areas. The residents who reside in 6B park at the front of the property and leave driveway clear for your vehicles/boat. The gate marked 6B behind the bins will need to be left unobstructed for access. Other things to note The centre of town is a leisurely stroll of around 3km via the lovely Campaspe River Walk track which takes you into the heart of The Old Port of Echuca. If you choose to drive we can direct you to off-street parking so you have more time to explore our beautiful town.
