This unit is unique allowing you to have a private roof top patio with ample seating, dining table and sun loungers. The sunset view take your breath away as you are high above the beach and 3 pools/hot tubs directly beach front. WFH friendly with Desk/Chair in MBR. The space Master Bedroom has work remote setup with Desk and office chair. Smart TV's. No Pets Allowed. Pool closes at 10pm nightly. Use provided parking passes BEFORE parking your car in lot. Fines are levied $216 if your pass in not on your dash and visable. Guest access Ample parking. Please place parking on dash of car. Parking pass provided inside unit. Put parking on your dash, clearly visable for guards BEFORE parking your car in the lot. Fines are $216. Wristbands required ages 12 and up to use pool, boardwalk, hot tubs else the pesky security guards will ask your for proof of occupancy. Beautiful thing happens when you wear writstbands....absolutely nothing!!!!! Other things to note ABSOLUTELY no throwing objects from balcony or putting others in danger. Resort cameras are operational in common areas. Eviction from property with no refunds may occur if you throw object from 190 feet high. Sorry, no 2nd chances or warnings. Shining lights/lasers from balcony is forbidden and can result in fines and penalties. Please follow all rules from condo community to allow everyone to have a great visit. Start up soaps/shampoo/paper products provided. You may purchase more as needed at local retailers.
