The house with its own path and access to the water was completely renovated in 2016, provided by us with a modern style and is perfect for 2 adults and 2 smaller children or 1 teenager. Dogs are welcome! The space The vacation home is composed as follows: The living space: Beautiful and bright living room with integrated kitchen and dining room. Cozy L-shaped sofa with direct view of the flat-screen TV. Satellite dish with all German programs and Play Station 3 with games. From the sofa you can look directly at the spacious terrace, the canal and a large meadow. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, so you can comfortably enjoy the TV program while lying down. The beds: Bedroom: 1 double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), TV with DVD player and wardrobe. Children's room: built in the style of a cabin (size bed 138×180 cm). The kitchen: In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with freezer function, a Senseo pad coffee machine with milk frother as well as a modern gas hob and oven. All important useful kitchen utensils are of course also in the house. The bathroom: The bright bathroom impresses with a great spacious shower, 1 sink and 1 toilet. Other things to note There are additional costs on site: Environmental tax - 3.5 euros per person from 18 years per night (to be paid in cash on site). Final cleaning - 60 euros (to be paid in cash on site). Deposit of 150 euros to be paid in cash on site (will be refunded at the departure. Gas - 10 euros per day (from 11/01 to 03/31) You can bring the bed linen (duvet covers) and towels or rent them on site for 15 euros per person.
