A set of stairs on either side of the living area invites you to retreat, each leading to its own sanctuary promising a restful night’s sleep. The first stairway guides you to the air conditioned master suite where you’ll discover a comfortable queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom. Patio doors open to your own upper deck that connects to the main floor patio, creating an effortless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Meanwhile, the second stairway leads to two additional air conditioned bedrooms, as well as a second full bathroom. Graced with another queen-sized bed, closet and patio doors opening onto its own upper deck, the second bedroom offers a comfortable ambiance for peaceful rest. Kids and kids-at-heart will love the bunk room, where up to three more guests can escape to their own little getaway and dream of island adventures. Guest access Your reservation at Far Tortuga grants you exclusive access to the entire residence and its grounds. From the moment you arrive until your departure, the amenities at this seaside retreat are yours to enjoy. Just steps away down the path lies the shared community dock, where you’ll have access to some of the best snorkeling on the island. Be sure to pack your snorkel gear, as crystal-clear waters, tropical marine life, and vibrant coral reefs await your exploration. Exclusions: Please note that access to the parking garage and the home's utility areas (including pool supply shed) is restricted. These areas are designated for private use and are not included in the guest-accessible spaces. A hall closet within the home is also locked off for the owners’ private storage. Privacy and Exclusivity: While you may see our pool keeper, groundskeeper, and other staff on the premises, we believe in providing you with the utmost privacy and exclusivity during your stay. Other things to note Electricity & Water Conservation Electricity on the island is private, which results in higher costs. Additionally, water is a valuable commodity. We kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving these resources during your stay. Remember to turn off the air conditioning when you leave the bedrooms, or if you have doors or windows open, to ensure efficient usage. Please note that if the air conditioning remains continuously on during your stay, there may be additional charges applied. Power Outages Due to the island's infrastructure, power outages may occur unexpectedly, and our villa does not have a generator. Housekeeping Service The one-time cleaning fee which applies to your prepaid reservation total covers having our housekeepers thoroughly clean and prepare the villa prior to your check-in, as well as after your checkout. If you’d like additional cleaning or towel / linen service during your stay, please don't hesitate to ask the One Stop Roatan team about the price for these services. Pets First Bight is a pet-friendly neighborhood, and your pet is more than welcome to join you during your stay at our property (only small breeds allowed). A non-refundable fee of $150 is applied, and we kindly ask that you read and agree to the One Stop Roatan Pet Policy. Please ask us for more details regarding our pet policy. Couples For couples seeking a more intimate getaway, we offer a lock-off version of this villa known as the Couple Suite @ Far Tortuga, accommodating a total of 2 guests with all of the amenities and comforts of Far Tortuga, minus the second and third bedrooms. Larger Groups For larger groups in need of additional space, we invite you to explore Stephanie's profile to discover the neighboring Seaside 3-Bedroom Villa ("The Mollusk"), as well as Villa Azul, Villa Verde, and Oceanview Studio at Paradise Point, which are at the property adjacent to it. By combining these listings, nearly 20 guests can be accommodated, providing ample space for a shared experience and creating unforgettable memories together. ✈️ Flights & Passport: •⁠ Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay; otherwise, you won’t be able to travel to Honduras. •⁠ Direct flights from U.S to Roatan (RTB) are available with American (Miami & Dallas), United (Houston & Denver) and Delta (Atlanta). 😎 Concierge Service We partner with a concierge service that can assist you with transportation, car rental, any island activities, private chef and more during your stay! 🥐 Breakfast Recommendations EAST SIDE •⁠ GiLei’s Cafe - Coffee, Pastries, Breakfast & Lunch (Closed on Saturdays) •⁠ Pineapple Grill Restaurant at Pineapple Villas by Clarion Suites.
