The bathroom has a large shower recess, basin, toilet, hairdryer and 7kg LG washing machine & a dryer. There is also a drying rack, iron and ironing board for your use. With split system heating and cooling, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area you will be able to enjoy this space all year round. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM. NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas. PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules. Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and all the names and contact details of all guest over 2yrs, plus you will need to agree to our terms and conditions.
