The Harz-Butze, "Arrival" - "Vacation"

Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good. The space Our apartment is completely newly renovated. The "new" Harz with the charm and coziness in the country house style is reflected in our apartment. The super cozy dining area can also be used for reading, playing games or even for the computer. The 18 m² south balcony is unbeatable in fine weather. View of the Harz Mountains and only the Harz Mountains. The MSB XTrail is only 10 minutes away by bike and cross-country skiing/hiking starts at the front door. We love the Harz and have another apartment used only by us. This apartment offered here is intended to reflect exactly the attitude to life for you. The apartment is ideal for 4-5 people. But thanks to the beautiful sofa bed or the foldable baby crib, it can also be used by 6 people. A private sauna has been our new highlight in the Harz-Butze since November 2021. Guest access Parking is available free of charge right in front of the house. Other things to note We offer a bed linen and towel service. For €20 per person per stay, the beds are already made on arrival and a large and 2 small towels are available for your stay. A basic kitchen equipment is always available. We also provide dishcloths, dish towels, dishcloths for you. Sankt Andreasberg is a spa town. Please note that the municipality of Braunlage charges a tourist tax. We will take care of this registration for you The costs for this are based on the current rate of the municipality of Braunlage (e.g. €3 per adult/day).
