A handy marquee awning means eating al fresco is always an option, even during one of our excitingly unpredictable British summers. The bedrooms are contemporary in design, illuminated by big windows and cheerful strokes of colour. We know those longer vacations can test family relations, which is why the two living rooms offer a welcome choice of relaxing together or separately. And if that doesn't keep the peace, two TVs means double the Netflix. With the famous Wimbledon tennis grounds just a stone's throw away, there is also the option to get stuck into the action (and the obligatory strawberries and cream) from up close at Centre Court, or from the comfort of home. We love... Though nestled on a quiet street, it is just minutes away from the buzz of central Wimbledon, with its well-connected train and underground stations, and a wealth of great shops and restaurants. You'll also be just a short walk from the picture-postcard charm of Wimbledon Village and the iconic Wimbledon Tennis grounds. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Off-street parking is available, just make sure you let us know in advance. A parking spot can be booked by downloading the JustPark app. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party. Please be aware, once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement, as well as ID verification via our partners Truvi. This is mandatory for all of our stays.
