Accommodation establishments commit to: The rooms are fully disinfected after each guest's departure. Frequently touched surfaces are disinfected daily throughout the premises with antiseptic wipes, disinfectants, or bleach solutions: door handles, countertops, desks, bedside tables, stair railings, flush buttons, toilet seats, switches, remote controls, and computer keyboards. Dispensers of hydroalcoholic solution and disinfectant wipes have been installed in the common areas, reception, kitchen, service rooms, and bedrooms. Employees have been trained to follow strict prevention guidelines: wash their hands with soap at least once an hour, disinfect their hands when entering the house, cough or sneeze into their elbow, use a disposable tissue, and respect health safety distances as much as possible. The kitchen staff works with a mask and disposable gloves that they renew regularly. Employees who are in contact with foodstuffs (purchasing, cooking, and service) have a Health Card issued and controlled by the Moroccan administration. All foodstuffs used come from suppliers subject to the same hygiene procedures as the accommodation establishment. Fresh fruits and vegetables undergo a slightly chlorinated bath before being offered for service. The kitchen has a cleaning and disinfection plan, the proper daily execution of which is recorded in a register. In the dining room, a safe distance is reserved between the tables. Whenever possible, meals and snacks can be served in the room upon request (check with the property). The transport company that provides your airport transfers is required to comply with precautionary rules: disinfected vehicles and trained drivers.
