Livingroom with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bathroom. Garden shared with our family, our large dog, and other guests. Age-old trees and sunny areas to enjoy nature and relax. Direct access to the lake for swimming. Barbecue and garden furniture for 2 guests provided. NO private parking by the house, no elevator. Heating: pellets stove. The space Enjoy the charme of an ancient villa dated back to the XIX century with the comfort of modern living. Located in the center of the village, but immersed in a wide green area with the lake right in front, this location will make your stay peaceful and unique. Live your holiday the way you like. Enjoy the nature, take a refreshing swim, and relax in the 1,400 sqm park. Let yourself be enchanted by the romantic view of the lake from the balcony at second floor. Two large windows with panoramic lake views and a third window overlooking the garden make the large living room with kitchenette light and airy. The bathroom with window is completely equipped with WC, bidet, washbasin and shower. On arrival you will find towels for 2 people. The wide bedroom with two windows overlooking the garden has a double bed (can be separated in two single beds upon request). On arrival you will find the bed made, ready to use. Only a few steps out of the house to taste a typical Italian aperitivo, or cappuccino in one of the two cafeterias of the village while in the small grocery store you will find a selection of the best local food. In the low season (May and October) heating could be required. Heating is provided by an ecological pellets stove that needs to be manually supplied before turning it on. First pellets charge is provided (6-10 hours of operation depending on temperature). Additional pellets can be bought at your charge at any supermarket. Guest access You will access the building by the main entrance. The apartment is at second floor (no elevator) and has a private entrance. The garden can be accessed by a common room at ground floor. Washing machine is located outside the apartment, in a separate room, and is shared with other guests. Other things to note Use of the garden is allowed only to people living in the rented apartment.
