Apartment 1 with garden (Napoleon vacation home)

The vacation home Napoleon is literally where fox and rabbit say good night! In the small district of Arnstein in the climatic health resort of Waldmünchen. Arnstein is located about 4 km from Waldmünchen and is a mountain village with less than 15 houses surrounded by a lot of forest and a meadow. Despite the charming forest location, a beautiful panorama is visible because Arnstein is located on the mountain. We currently have several cats, two dogs and two ponies. The space The small, cozy apartment on the 1st floor has about 38 m²: The bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) has about 11 m² and overlooks the garden, the living room with TV and DVD player offers the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on the pull-out couch. In the bedroom, next to the bed, there is space for a baby travel bed (bring your own) or an extra bed for smaller children (can be provided). Please feel free to contact us for an individual solution. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need in a vacation apartment: stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, etc. and seating. The bathroom with shower (80 x 80) and toilet has a large window. All the windows have blinds and fly screens. Free use of the extra guest Wi-Fi. Since the apartment does not have a balcony, the use of the terrace and garden is of course possible outside (seating or sun loungers available). Pets/dogs (even several) can be brought to this apartment (for a fee). Please register. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Smokers, please go to the terrace.
