Apartment Fernblick Palatinate (with sauna & balcony)

Our "Ferienwohnung Fernblick Pfalz" is located in a quiet forest edge location in the small idyllic wine village of Weyher / Pfalz. From the apartment you have a view over the southern wine route and southern Palatinate. 2-4 people can be comfortably accommodated in a large kitchen-living room with sofa bed, sauna, a bedroom with double bed (1.8 x 2 m), daylight bathroom and a large balcony with a wide view of the sea of vines and the surrounding towns. End the evening with a nice glass of wine. The space You will stay in a modern and cozy attic apartment with private access from the street and parking. The large kitchen is characterized by the view over the balcony as well as by large deep skylights. There is a sofa bed (approx. 140 x 200 cm), a TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker (filter coffee), espresso maker (Bialetti type), kettle and toaster as well as dishwasher. Opposite the kitchen is a sauna with sufficient space for 2 people. From the small hallway you enter the daylight bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine (older model). At the end of the hall is the quiet bedroom facing the forest with blackout curtain, large built-in wardrobe and double bed made of solid wild oak (180 x 200 cm) with two high-quality pocket spring mattresses. A baby crib (travel crib type) is available free of charge. Infants do not have to be specified when booking, but must be registered with us personally. The highlight of the apartment is the large balcony with seating and views over the Southern Palatinate, to Villa Ludwigshöhe and to the Rietburg ruins high in the Palatinate Forest. Here you can comfortably relax and enjoy after a great hike, bike ride or wine tasting. If available, the garage can be provided for parking bicycles or motorcycles. Please specifically request. The final cleaning includes the cost of hygienically cleaning the sauna. Guest access You can reach the apartment from the main road via the small Oberdorf road and, before the road leads into the forest, turn sharply left onto the Vogelsang road. The apartment is in the attic of a detached house in a quiet residential and recreational area between the vineyard and the Palatinate Forest - elevated above the Southern Palatinate. A few days before arrival, you will receive a code for the key safe, so that you can arrive at any time from the specified time without contact. Please note the hillside location: To get to the apartment, you have to climb a stone staircase and then climb an external spiral staircase to the attic on the 2nd floor. Other things to note To reach the apartment on the slope of the Palatinate Forest, you have to climb a few steps. You will be rewarded with the view ;-) Toddler welcome. No pets, no smoking and no parties. The high cleaning price is due to the fact that a professional cleaning company also hygienically cleans the sauna.
