Gîte in Tonquedec 10 people in the countryside - near the coast

The house is semi-detached, the left part is the gîte (2/3), the right part is rented year-round. You have no common areas. The gîte part will offer you the calm of the countryside while being close to the pink granite coast 20/30 min to the pink granite coast (Ploumanac'h, Trégastel, Trébeurden, Perros-Guirec, Pleumeur Bodou, the Gallic village and the Telecom city, the 7 islands, Armoripark - 45 min 1H: Paimpol, Bréhat, Lake Guerledan, Huelgoat, La Vallée des Saints - GR34 20/30 min The space Downstairs is a 80 m² living room, dining room and kitchen. A 25 m² back kitchen with a sink and a room with toilet. In this room there is also a sofa bed with a double mattress that can be used if you have trouble going upstairs. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The accommodation was designed for 10 people. But with the bed downstairs there are 12 beds. For babies there is also 1 wooden baby bed and a travel cot. A high chair and a booster seat. To change baby there are countertops upstairs. On the appliance side at the bottom you will have at your disposal: an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a small electric fryer, a fridge with a small freezer, a microwave, a Senseo and 2 filter coffee makers, a kettle, a toaster, a waffle maker, an electric orange press, an ice maker, a dishwasher and an electric plancha to place. Upstairs there is a washing machine, a dryer, a hairdryer and an iron. Outside there is a charcoal barbecue. Coal is not supplied. The house is semi-detached but you have no part in common with the other part of the house, there is a fence between the gardens. Guest access The accommodation is located on the right side of the building, you have access to 2/3 of the house, the other part is another house rented year-round, you have no common area. Other things to note This cottage is not a party room, you can meet with several people but the house being semi-detached, we do not allow music to respect the neighbors. For this reason, bookings for New Year's Day must be for a minimum of nights. Pets are allowed, as we want to avoid abandonment, but please let us know and tell us what type of pet, and you will be asked to pick up the droppings and clean up the hair. The land is not fully fenced.
