The house is adjoining, part on the left the cottage (2/3) part on the right rented year-round. You do not have any common areas. Upstairs there is a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and iron. Outside, a charcoal barbecue. Coal is not supplied. The house is adjoining but you have no parts in common with the other part of the house, there is a fence between the gardens. Guest access The accommodation is located on the right side of the building, you have access to 2/3 of the house, the other part is another house rented year-round, you have no common area. Other things to note This cottage is not a party room, you can gather with several but the house being adjoining, we do not allow music to respect the neighbors. For this reason, bookings for the 1st of the year will need to be a minimum of nights. Pets are allowed, as we want to avoid abandonments but please let us know and tell us what type of animal and you will be asked to pick up the droppings and clean the hairs. The land is not fully fenced.
