This three-unit property is situated in the Mendenhall Valley and is conveniently located near a convenience center, swimming pool, schools, and trails. Pets are welcome upon approval for a $30 nightly fee per pet. Free parking and laundry are on site. The units have spacious areas that will allow your group to get together. With three stocked kitchens, it should be easy to prepare large meals. A 2-bed unit is on the second level, while the other two are on the ground floor. The space This entire triplex sleeps up to 16 people. This space is priced for eight people to make it affordable and appealing to smaller groups. There is a $30 ($34.20 including tax) nightly charge for each animal and for each additional person beyond eight. It's close to Thunder Mountain High School, featuring a beautiful new library and swimming pool. It's centrally located between the Airport and the Mendenhall Glacier. Washer and dryer are in each unit, and all amenities are included for your convenience, including linens, bedding, pillows, towels, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cleaning supplies, coffee, and popcorn. Bike rentals and tour discounts are available. Pets ok on approval with fee. These apartments are situated at the base of Thunder Mountain up against a greenbelt with a trailhead at the end of the street extending to the Mendenhall Glacier on relatively flat, even terrain. They are beautifully upgraded with granite kitchens. The two-bedroom also has a granite bathroom, and fireplace. This pet friendly space features laminate flooring throughout, so it's easy to keep clean. The unique design of this property joins three dwelling units with a three-bay garage, so no units share any walls. The two-bedroom getaway is a second-floor unit, on top of the garages, direct access to the garage and laundry area from inside the unit is convenient. The three-bedrooms are on the ground floor. There is no charge for off-street parking. Garage parking is not available at this time. Rainbow Row is just 6 miles from the Juneau Ferry Terminal, 2 miles from the airport, 3 miles from the famous Mendenhall Glacier, 4 miles from the University of Alaska,10.5 miles from Downtown Juneau and 21 miles from Eaglecrest Ski Area. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk, and there is a convenience store just steps from the bus stop. Two bikes are available for rent from this location for $10 per bike per day for your entire stay, or for longer term stays the bikes are $50 per bike per stay. Check-in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. We will offer you early check-in and late check-out options for one of the units, if it's available, a couple days before your arrival/departure for a fee of $50, depending on your desired schedule and availability.
