VILLAS DESCANSO consists of two private upscale homes on the same property that can welcome up to 15 adults and 2 kids: Villa Belvedere and Villa Casanueva. The space Each villa is totally independent with separate entrances, they are both nestled in a mature tropical garden with breathtaking sea views in a splendid setting of a private tropical garden, near the famous West Bay Beach with the best restaurants, beach bars, dive shops, gourmet and coffee shops, souvenirs, scooters rentals, pharmacies, etc. The villas share spacious outdoor areas, a panoramic pool, an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, and Palapas/Gazebos. Villa Descanso has: Belvedere: Room #1: With 1 king bed Room #2: With 1 double bed Living room with 1 sofa bed 2 Bathroom 1 half bathroom Dining room The kitchen is fully equipped. Villa Casanueva: Room #1: With 1 king bed Room #2: With 1 king bed Room #3: With 1 queen bed and 1 single bed Room #4: With 1 queen bed Room #5: With 1 queen bed 4 Bathrooms Living room Dining room Fully equipped kitchen * 2 of the 5 bedrooms in Casanueva are outside the villa at the bottom of the stairs (2 separate bedrooms, each with a private bathroom) each with a private entrance. *Please note the internet signal in the lower-level apartments is weak. NOTE -Most of the pool is deep, with a sudden drop from 4 ft. to the deepest area at 10 ft. -Alarm system, 24/7 security. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. Guest access The entire property will be yours to enjoy, including your own private pool. Other things to note *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. * Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure. * In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service. *Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently. Failure to comply with the policies will result in an additional charge.
