Step inside and you will discover a rare gem among all other houses. You will have the entire home for yourself, plus extra spacious backyard with a medium sized swimming pool topped with three waterfalls, a heated outdoor jacuzzi that accommodates 8 persons, and a firepit awaiting for you, your family and friends. Why share your pool/jacuzzi with others when you can have your own private pool/jacuzzi with just your friends and family! ***The pool is not heated. The jacuzzi is heated from 7pm-10pm, with dazzling lights and pool waterfalls. The Eagle master bedroom is extra spacious, with the extra space that has a full bed and with a desk/chair. The extra large walk-in closet is like another bedroom within a bedroom, with racks for your suitcases or hanging clothes. All beds have very comfortable memory foam mattresses, with real hardwood frames that allow our guests to have a good deep sound sleep. We provide extra clean towels and linen and shampoo/body lotion ... just like a hotel. We provide kitchen utilities for cooking/ baking, coffee and tea, oven/fridge, microwave, ... the entire kitchen is beautifully laid out with granite counter tops and center island. There is a nook inside the kitchen. We also have a large fridge with freezer that can store foods for a large group of people. If you like a formal dining room, you have that a cozy one too ... and it can accommodate up to 8 people. The dining room has the garden view too. If you like to catch up and do some work, we have a dedicated office with the boss's desk, monitor and leather cozy chair. Just bring your laptop, connect to wifi, and work! The living room is spacious with comfortable and luxurious couch and sofa, decorated with a real Washington grand fathers clock. There is a smart TV that you can watch Youtube, Netflix or Amazon Prime, etc. Guest access The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Two cars can park inside the garage, and 4 additional cars can be parked in the driveway. Other things to note PET POLICY: This property is pet free. We do not accept any type of pet onsite.
