The main house has an Open plan living/dining and kitchen area, with sliding glass doors that open onto an undercover alfresco deck that overlooks the solar heated salt water pool and spa. The studio has a huge bedroom, brand new bathroom and overlooks the pool area. It has it’s own living space with couches, fridge and a TV. There’s a couple of lawn areas, with the front one being great for a game of bocce! The place is well fenced, so it is ideal for dogs. There is parking for at least 3 cars and a boat in the driveway. It’s a great place to set up a base and take the 6 minute stroll down to the beach each day or the 5 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs – then come home and enjoy the alfresco area and the spa. Or, just bunker down and spend the whole week sitting around the pool!
