House of 100 m2 located 15 kilometers from Mont Saint Michel, 35 kilometers from the first beaches, 45 minutes from Saint Malo and 3 kilometers from the A84... Ideally located for beautiful discoveries between Brittany and Normandy! You will have access to the entire apartment, only the courtyard will be shared between you and the possible tenants of the studio that is above the house. The space [Update of 04/16/2024: an annex building was burned down, the claim is still ongoing with the insurance companies, so you will have a view of a burned car as well as a burned concrete slab (see photo)] Family home consisting of three bedrooms: - one bedroom with LOW queen size bed (with "Emma" mattress) - one bedroom with 140*190 bed (with "Emma" mattress) - one bedroom with 90*190 bed with courtyard of 700 m2. The courtyard is closed with a white gate. PLEASE NOTE: sheets, DUVETS, PILLOWS, bath towels are not included in the package: we can make them available to you for €10 per person per stay (to be paid in cash upon check-in and to be requested before your arrival). Above this house is a studio that is also for seasonal rental, so you may have "neighbors" during your stay. Baby equipment such as the bathtub, baby bed, highchair, potty, toilet reducer can be made available to you if necessary, by asking us when you book (they are not put directly in the accommodation to save space). We provide you with utensils, condiments etc. We will only ask you to replace what you eventually finish... As you can see from some photos, our accommodation is not fully finished and some rooms are still being finished. You will have access to all rooms as we will not be there during your stay to allow you to have the entire accommodation. However, our personal belongings will remain during the stay.
