This room also has a designated work space with a desk and comfy office chair. The master bathroom is modern and functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy the sweeping water and city views - ideal for your morning coffee or a quiet evening wind-down. There is an additional one bedroom unit attached, with it's own galley style kitchen and dining area, full bathroom, queen bedroom with a TV, and a scenic sanctuary of a lounge area (also with a TV and heating). There is also a cosy patio area with an outdoor bistro table. This spacious layout is perfect for groups of friends or that extended family get together. Perfect for couples, families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable base in the Hobart fringes. As you can see from the gorgeous views, the house is located on a hill. Therefore, the driveway is quite steep and care needs to be taken. A hand rail has been installed to assist guests but please consider if any of your guests have any access issues. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, apart from 1 locked room on the top floor and 1 locked storage room on the bottom floor. Other things to note Due to the property being contactless self check-in, booking guest is required to complete an online registration prior to their check-in, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport). There is 2 off street parking spots for the house, but the driveway is quite steep, so it may not be suitable for larger cars or cars which sit low to the ground. There is plenty of free street parking available, however. Not suitable for infants (under 2 years) due to many stair cases and no baby gates available.
