Steps from condo, you'll find a well-stocked convenience store and pharmacy. It's also just a short walk down hill to bustling shops, barbershops, and restaurants with the local Itagui and Medellin flavor. 8-10-min taxi ride to Metro station. The space The condo is located in the Sendero Verde development. It's modern with access-controlled main gate area. The property also houses a small grocery store (food, beer, wine, other household items) and a pharmacy. There is also an onsite-pool. The condo has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a single and a roll-out bed (stored below single bed). The sofa in the living room can also fold out in to a bed. The bathroom has modern finishes, spa-quality towels, and glass-enclosed shower. Guest access The condo includes a deeded parking spot ready for your usage, but be advised that parking can be difficult in other parts of the city. It's a short walk to the Sendero Verde convenience store and pharmacy, pool area and BBQ zone. 5-10 min walk down hill to the neighborhood shops and restaurants. 8-10 min taxi ride to the Envigado Metro station and large commercial shopping mall. The modern, efficient and clean Metro cuts straight through the heart of Medellin and gives you fast, convenient access to many popular city attractions. Taxis (the app "Cabify" works well) and Uber rides are easily accessible from the main Sendero Verde gate. Other things to note The condo is located on the 9th floor of the tower.
