The road to reach the villa is unpaved. The property, in a modern style, is of very recent construction, the electricity is produced by a photovoltaic system. The property is surrounded by a large garden of about 350 square meters, a relaxation area with gazebo, a 6m * 3m swimming pool (seasonal - pool opening: 01/05/2026 - 05/10/202+) for exclusive use and a bbq area. We inform our kind guests that the pool is not cleaned daily, being an area surrounded by greenery, it is possible that upon arrival it is to be cleaned by the guests with a net.
