All TVs are Smart TVs with access to streaming via your own accounts, powered by 300 Mbps high-speed WiFi. RENTAL AGREEMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION All guests must sign a rental agreement after booking. The booking guest must complete identity verification via our trusted partner, Truvi, before arrival. Truvi will reach out by email and/or text. This step ensures a smooth check-in and aligns with local short-term rental regulations. Third-party bookings are not allowed. The person booking must be present and is responsible for all guests. PET POLICY We happily welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs under 50 lbs (pet fees apply) Not allowed: cats, puppies under 12 months, or visiting/sat pets.
