Stone Villa Naxos brings a touch of minimalist aesthetic and comfort that will enchant you. It is a private hideaway, with large grounds and pool area. The space Our eco villa was completed in February 2021 and although it is our home, it is available during the summer, providing a unique opportunity to stay in our beautiful villa and experience Naxos. A perfect property for couples and honeymooners as it offers complete privacy as the pool area is not overlooked. Stone Villa Naxos is 104 sqm and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room, with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom also has a dressing room which can be used as an office, therefore on request, the office space can be equipped with a monitor, keyboard and printer/scanner. There is a 55 inch TV in the living room and TV's are also provided in each bedroom, all have access to Netflix and local Greek TV/Radio channels and internet. Outside there is a 35sqm pool with sun-loungers, an outside shower, spacious terraces with outdoor furniture for dining and bamboo pergolas for shade. Parking for two cars is available at the property. For pre-dinner drinks, there is the roof terrace with stunning, panoramic views of the mountains, Naxos town and far reaching sea views, perfect for watching the amazing Naxian sunsets. Within the grounds of the villa there is a vegetable garden where guests can help themselves to the seasonal produce that is available at the time. The popular beach of Agios Prokopios is a five minute drive away and for the more energic, within a 15 - 20 minute walking distance you can be at Laguna beach renowned for being among the best windsurfing location in Europe and St George beach in Naxos Town with it's bars and restaurants.
