Aysgarth Nook by Luxury Travel Emporium is a large and luxurious holiday home with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, incredible kitchen, dining table seating ten guests, a large cosy lounge and a patio overlooking Wensleydale with hot tub and outdoor dining facilities. The stunning cottage boasts many coveted features such as the original exposed beams in the lounge, a beautiful log burning stove, magnificent views over open fells and deep window seats from which to enjoy those views. The space Ground Floor: Lounge: Step inside on to a beautiful slate porcelain floor with underfloor heating and a Burley wood burning stove to warm you through. Exposed ceiling beams and quirky, handmade soft furnishings give this characterful room a homely feel. There’s a large wall-mounted Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix. Plus a BOSE 500 sound system featuring Amazon Alexa voice control. Kitchen: Superbly equipped Kesseler kitchen with Neff integrated fridge, freezer, double wine cooler, dishwasher, five pan-induction hob, extractor hood, two ovens, and every utensil you can imagine. Extra large dining table with luxurious Forest Green Velvet dining chairs to seat up to 10 guests. The heated porcelain slate floor keeps you cosy. Bedroom 5/ Lounge 2: This versatile ‘room with a view’ which can be dressed as a double bedroom or as a separate ‘snug’ room for smaller groups who don’t require the 5th bedroom. As a bedroom you will enjoy the super comfortable sofa bed with Pocket sprung mattress, plus a wall mounted smart TV with Freeview and Netflix. Full length sliding doors open out into the garden, where you can step out into the hot tub and enjoy the breath-taking views across Wensleydale. Bathroom: A stylish bathroom incorporating toilet, bath with power shower, tiled in a slate porcelain. The washer dryer is hidden in a bespoke unit beneath the basin. Terrace: Our fabulous terrace features stunning views of Wensleydale, a hot tub and lots of decked space to relax in the sun or have family barbecues First Floor: Bedroom 1: This beautifully appointed room overlooks the village and features a bespoke floating king-sized bed. There’s also a wall mounted smart TV with Freeview and Netflix. En-Suite Shower room Small but perfectly formed with slate porcelain tiles, a shower cubicle with thermostatically controlled square rain shower head and incorporated hand-held shower, a wall mounted basin and soft close toilet. Bedroom 2: This luxurious twin room overlooks the quaint village and features a relaxing window seat to admire the view, luxurious Hypnos twin beds, plus wall mounted 32” Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix. Bedroom 3: With sweeping views across the open fells, beautiful walnut furniture and lighting from Heals, ultra-comfortable Hypnos double mattress and 32” wall mounted Smart TV. Family Bathroom: A spacious and stylish slate porcelain tiled shower room has a double size walk in shower with rain head and hand-held shower, wall hung contemporary basin with vanity storage. Separate WC: Second Floor: Bedroom 4: An elegantly furnished room with designer Hulsta furniture throughout. wall mounted smart 40” Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix. Adding to the Wow factor of this room is the corner freestanding bath on a raised plinth, a great place to relax with a glass of something bubbly, be transported to a world of pure bliss! Guest access Guests have full use of the whole property, nothing is shared with other people. We do not have allocated parking spaces but there is lots of on street parking in the immediate area. Other things to note We have a strict policy regarding the use of the hot tub: To respect the wishes of our neighbours, we insist that the hot tub is never used after 9.00pm.
