The outdoor space offers plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather, for example, sunbathing by the pool or relaxing in the hammock. The villa consists of: • A spacious living room with dining area, sitting area with flat-screen TV and ceiling fan; • A fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and get a cold drink. The kitchen is equipped with: pans, dishes & cutlery, five-burner gas stove, large fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space, combination microwave, kettle and coffee maker; • Master bedroom with comfortable double bed (1.60x2.00 meters), air conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 built-in closets and a small safe for storing your laptop, passport, etc. • 2 more bedrooms, both with 2 single beds (0.90x2.00 meters), air conditioning, ceiling fan and built-in closet. One of the bedrooms has its own sink; • Spacious bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower (including hot water); • There is a second bathroom next to the pool, with sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. Ideal to use while relaxing by the pool; • The front porch overlooking the ocean is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast, take a nap in the hammock after returning from a day at the beach, or enjoy a drink at sunset; • On the side of the villa is the terrace private swimming pool and the shade offering classic palapa. Relax by the pool on the sun loungers and enjoy a delicious meal from the BBQ; • With 2 parking spaces behind the gate, your (rental) car is parked safely and privately. Location: The villa is located on a hill on a dead-end road in the quiet neighborhood of "Planterrust". The location offers privacy and a relaxed tropical feel, surrounded by sea views and lots of greenery. Enjoy the singing birds and don't be surprised by a visit from an iguana or two. Ideal about this location is that you can find your peace at home while still being in a super strategic location on the island between the city center, Piscadera and the road to Westpunt with its many beautiful beaches. There are restaurants, banks and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.
