A 1-MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH, Casa Paloma is your tropical home-away-from-home! Located in a small beach community that offers snorkeling, scuba, and fishing excursions, the modern townhouse features an equipped kitchen, bbq, comfy beds, and fun beach style. You'll LOVE the beautiful pool just steps away. A 5-minute drive from the bustling beach town of Coco and day-trip distance to Tamarindo's surf and the volcano, Rincon de Viejo, Casa Paloma is a great base to explore this magical area. The space Casa Paloma is a modern 3-bed, 3-bath townhouse in beautiful Playa Ocotal. Located in the secured complex of Vista Ocotal, the casa offers a landscaped communal pool; a front patio with lush garden; and back patio with private bbq. The house has recently been painted and redecorated. We splurged on things we love like great stemware, beautiful sheets, and loads of nooks to relax outside. Beach gear, books, games, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast WIFI (100 Mpbs) make Casa Paloma the ideal accommodation for digital nomads, families and friends. Relax poolside, go beach hopping or take in Ocotal's gorgeous black-sand beach and watch the sunset at iconic Father Rooster's beach bar and grill. Howler monkeys and birds abound at Casa Paloma, so enjoy the sounds of nature and revel in this hotspot of biodiversity. Please note that although there are stairs in Casa Paloma, one bedroom and one bathroom are on the main floor for older guests or those with mobility issues. Guest access Guests have free access to the pool and rancho (onsite); the local club that includes pickleball and tennis courts, a large pool with restaurant service and gym (5 min drive); and beach club with infinity pool (5 min walk) has an additional cost. The feet-in-the-sand beachfront restaurant Father Roosters is a minute walk away! Free secure parking is located inside our complex. We recommend having a car or golf cart as there are no stores or restaurants (other than Father Roosters) within walking distance. Other things to note 1. We offer complete concierge services so that you can spend time enjoying your vacation, not planning it! We can assist with grocery shopping prior to your arrival, airport transportation, guided tour suggestions, local personal chefs, in-house massage, and other services. Just ask! 2. Playa Ocotal has snorkeling from the beach and is sheltered enough for SUPs (weather permitting). If you have gear and want to bring it with you, feel free. We provide beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, and a boogie board for our guests. 3. We have delicious and safe drinking water in this complex, so please drink it:) There are many reasons why this area is a "blue zone", and water is definitely one! 4. If you have a large group and want to book multiple units in our complex, please let us know and we will organize with our neighbors close by. This is a great option if you have multiple families but want your own space. 5. Lastly, please read the house rules before you book to be sure this is the accommodation for you. (We hope it is!)
