Stable Cottage is situated at the entrance of Brookfield Farm. Warm and cosy and includes a woodburner. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms & open plan kitchen dining/lounge area. Parking. There is a small enclosed patio area with picnic bench. An enclosed paddock area, is available just approx 100 yards from Stable cottage. Well behaved dogs are welcome at 25 pounds each, please not on the furniture or in bedrooms. The space Stable Cottage was originally a farm dairy that was converted into a holiday cottage in 2003. It is a wheelchair friendly ground floor centrally heated accommodation. There are three bedrooms which comfortably sleep 6; with two bathrooms, and a log burner in the sitting room. A travel cot is available and is stored in the east bedroom closet. The large kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate dining room. Parking for two cars is just a few steps from the front door, and there is a small patio area with garden chairs. The cottage will appeal to a wide variety of people. It is ideal for those wanting a quiet break, but equally it will appeal to those wanting an active holiday. Cycling, walking along the Southdowns -- just minutes away by car; water sports, golf and tennis can all be found near this property. The historic cathedral city of Chichester is just a few miles to the west. Goodwood with its renowned race course and motor sports events is also nearby. The Flying Fortress near Yapton is great for younger children, especially for rainy days! Dogs are welcome at 25 pounds each and are not allowed on the furniture or in bedrooms & must be kept on leads outside Stable Cottages. The enclosed paddock area is safe for pets and children and looks out onto open fields which have a few sheep and cattle. Guest access Full use of Stable Cottage, the patio area, car park for 2 cars. Paddock for our guests and their dogs. Brookfield Farm is off limits to our holiday guests for safety reasons. Other things to note Starter items such as washing up liquid, bin bags soap etc are provided. A complimentary bag of logs are also provided. Further logs are available for purchase. Central heating and electric is included in the price.
