Guest access **Per building management, any guest reservations made on or after May 1, 2023, will be subject to a 518 pesos per day per condo "Amenities Fee." This reasonable fee is now common in Puerto Vallarta at the larger luxury condo buildings and assists with the costs for wear and tear on the building from rental units. The fees will be collected directly by the building management upon arrival and are not included in your Airbnb payment to us. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! **Registered guests will have access to the condo and common areas after you complete registration with Maxwell Properties (our property manager and concierge service), who will help you register with Sayan Indah building security at the start of your stay. **All guests must be registered before getting access to condo or Sayan Indah common areas, such as the restaurants, bars, pools, and gym. **The restaurants and bars receive high praise from our guests for good reason -- the food menu is reasonably priced with lots of fresh and healthy options, including seafood, chicken, beef, and vegetarian dishes. The staff will also accommodate customized requests and have been good with vegan eaters (please be clear with instructions and consider using Translator if you can). There is a breakfast, extensive day/lunch, and dinner menu (and you can order from the lunch menu at dinner). The staff will also entertain substitutes if you ask. **Towels for pool use are available at the pool. **Please note that each renter must be registered to gain access to the condo and building. Furthermore, although it has not typically been an issue, we do not guarantee that people who visit you at the condo will be admitted by security. In the vast majority of cases visitors are typically allowed in the condo but security can deny entry if they determine, in their sole discretion, that the visitor is engaged in loud, disorderly, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct. Furthermore, security may ask all registered renters and their guests to wear bracelets and/or provide a valid form of ID. Unless the rules change, visitors of renters cannot use the pool, restaurants, or facilities. If you are bringing visitors to the condo you are advised to have them bring a valid ID. Other things to note Please note that during the low season (mid-May - October), building management sometimes may undertake building maintenance projects during the day. This is very common in Puerto Vallarta because the ocean elements can cause wear and tear on the building. Our low and competitive pricing reflects these possibilities.
