The space Lake June is a sandy bottom fresh water lake known for boating, water skiing, bass fishing and all other types of water activities. The deepest part of the lake is 40 feet. Access to boat ramp, boat and jet ski rentals are less than 5 minutes away. Our smoke free Lake house is situated very close to downtown Lake Placid, where you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, thrift shops, spas and barbers which are less than 5 min away from US Highway 27 and no more than 7 minutes from our home Our Lake house offers large living spaces with relaxing views. A beautiful kitchen with a gas stove, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, air dryer, toaster, coffee maker, silverware and dinnerware for your convenience. Enjoy all the outside spaces. Play pool or ping pong in the screened patio, have a nice dinner on the table with a lake view. Warm up on chilly nights with the fireplace. Grill out under the Tiki Hut . Sit under covered patio near the lake to watch the stunning sunsets. On chilly nights take a nice relaxing soak in the hot tub or get the fire pit going. Our place is well stocked with towels and beach towels. It is equipped with surround sound and Wifi Other things to note Please be advised that this area at times may have "blind mosquitos" (aquatic midges) and/or love bugs they do not bite or carry disease but can be a bit pesky at times.
