Semaphore Relaxer

Our place is close to everything, but secluded. We love being so close to the beach and all the attractions of Semaphore and surrounding areas. Everything's within walking distance, including the train into the city. There are many different places to eat and two supermarkets and cinema are close by. Please note this is a non smoking unit. No smoking is allowed outside either. The space Ours is an older townhouse, but very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Being 2 storey gives separation between living and sleeping areas and we find the second toilet really handy. Please note, if you are after glass and chrome, ultra modern decor, with wide open spaces, it would be best to rent a dearer unit. The furniture is solid and comfortable, but suits the older unit it is. The unit has everything you need for an extended stay, but it is fitted out to suit us. We are readers, so there are plenty of lights and cushions, but only a smallish TV and DVD player. Guest access The entire apartment is for your exclusive use. Other things to note The driveway for Unit 3 Percy Street actually comes in from 17 Cavendish St. There is a Unit 3/17 Cavendish St, which is single storey. Don't get confused. Ours is at the end just before the gate. This is a totally non smoking unit. That includes outside. I have a few health issues which are exacerbated by cigarette smoke. I would prefer guests were total non-smokers so it does not get in the bed etc. If this is an issue I will gladly refund any guest who chooses not to come, provided they give fair notice. Excessive use of perfume is also an issue. Please do not use scented candles.
