Semaphore Hideaway

Our place is close to everything, but secluded. We love being so close to the beach and all the attractions of Semaphore and surrounding areas. Everything's within walking distance, including the train into the city. There are many different places to eat and two supermarkets and cinema are close by, along with amusements for children. Please note this is a non smoking unit, both inside and out. The space Ours is an older townhouse, but very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Being 2 storey gives separation between living and sleeping areas and we find the second toilet really handy. The unit has everything you need for an extended stay. Being in the middle of a group of 8 units, all occupied by permanent residents apart from ours, means it is usually fairly quiet. Guest access The entire apartment is for your exclusive use. Other things to note The driveway for Unit 3, 18 Percy Street actually comes in from 17 Cavendish St. There is a Unit 3/17 Cavendish St, which is single storey. Don't get confused. Ours is at the end just before the gate. If arriving by taxi, come in past unit 2, 18 Percy St and walk through the gate at the end. Unit 3 is behind the gate. This is a totally non smoking unit. That includes outside.
