A cozy yet very spacious house with a jetty and south-facing terrace located in the picturesque Rijpwetering. This comfortable house is located on the shores of the beautiful Kagerplassen. A cruise with our sloop with skipper is definitely a must. On your own terrace, you can sunbathe, swim and fish. Travel time to Schiphol 15 min. and Amsterdam 20 min. The space Living room with open kitchen: You have the entire house with spacious cozy living room with French doors to the terrace, open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker (filter), kettle). Toilet facilities: On the ground floor in the hall, there is a toilet Terrace: Beautiful large terrace with garden furniture on the waterfront. Jetty: You can moor your own boat (length 6.5 meters) on the terrace If your boat is longer, we have a spacious jetty opposite the house for boats up to 8 meters Boat trips: Throughout the summer season, you can also rent a boat with skipper. Of course, you can embark from your own terrace of the Guesthouse for a beautiful cruise on the Kagerplassen. If you are interested in booking a cruise, we are happy to help you. Public transport is well organized, directly opposite the house is a bus stop Other things to note The house is non-smoking (or use your terrace) Your pet is welcome (for a small extra fee), but we ask you to bring its own sleeping place. Pets are not allowed on the couch Upon arrival, you will receive a voucher for a delicious glass of beer or wine at the eatery "De Vergulde Vos" (5 min walk) At the house, there is a beautiful sloop (including skipper) that you can rent in consultation on beautiful days.
